Reliability…
We understand that reliability is a major concern for our customers and our handymen arrive at the scheduled time (within 15 minutes either way) and when extenuating circumstances prevent them from arriving at the scheduled time, they will call and advise you in advance. We understand that you have much more productive ways to spend your time and waiting for your handyman to arrive is not one of those. We make every effort to be flexible and work around your busy schedule; after all that just may be one of the reasons you chose to use the services of Handymen at Work.

Written Estimates…
We believe that where possible pricing should be established before the start of the job, which is the reason where feasible we provide written quotes for work that is in excess of a few hours. If it costs us more than the quoted price, we will not charge you the extra.

Where it is not economically feasible to have someone come out and provide a written quote for work (i.e.: work that is estimated to be less than half a day), we provide a fixed hourly rate, so you have a better sense of how much the work will cost. Our hourly rate does not include materials and is an additional charge.

One-year Labour Guarantee…
While nobody ever wants to or expects to have to take advantage of a guarantee, experience has told us that a guarantee provides a level of comfort knowing and removes any worry about the repairs and maintenance being performed. We also don't want you to pay the final bill until you are completely satisfied with the work. This is all part of our concerted effort to make the repair and maintenance of your home worry-free and less stressful.
